CRS has a large team of senior advisors who provide technical assistance in a variety of areas. With a wealth of experience in their fields, they help ensure that CRS programming meets the needs of the people we serve. Directors

     
Dorrett Byrd is an expert in technical assistance, innovation in international development and the quality and effectiveness of CRS programs.
 
   David Leege specializes in the integral human development framework, a holistic approach to programming used in strategic planning and project design processes.
 
   Shannon Senefeld advises on HIV and AIDS, including psychosocial support, counseling, home-based care, PEPFAR, anti-retroviral therapy and nutrition.
 

Agriculture

     
Rupert Best provides technical assistance and training on innovative technologies and methods for the production and marketing of smallholder products.
 
   Robert Delve advises on innovative technologies for crop and livestock production, adaptation to climate change, environmental compliance and natural resource management.
 
   Shaun Ferris specializes in agroenterprise development and Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D).
 
     
Geoffrey Heinrich is an expert in agricultural development and livelihood strategies for smallholder farmers, and provides a wide range of technical support to CRS field programs in southern Africa.
 
   Tom Remington supports CRS' relationship with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, partnership with research institutions, the rice value chain and seed systems and security.

Naoko Kamioka helps strengthen knowledge-sharing on education issues and donor trends, and promotes cross-sectoral collaboration including youth programming, WASH in school and child labor. 
 
  

Anne Sellers provides a broad range of technical support to CRS’ education programs, with a particular focus in the areas of food-assisted education, school health, and early childhood development.

Michele Broemmelsiek is the Chief of Party for AIDSRelief, a CRS-led consortium funded through PEPFAR.
 
   Dorothy Brewster-Lee specializes in HIV prevention and the care of orphans and other vulnerable children.    Kate Greenaway is an HIV expert with a special interest in nutrition, vulnerable children and treatment adherence.
 
     
Mary Hennigan provides technical advice on issues related to health and nutrition.
 
   Elena McEwan specializes in maternal and child health, tuberculosis, malaria and health systems.    Kristin Weinhauer focuses on health in emergencies, community systems strengthening and home-based, palliative and end-of life care.

Tom Shaw works with CRS country programs and partners to develop sustainable, cost effective, and affordable financial solutions for poor and vulnerable communities worldwide.
 
  

Guy Vanmeenen helps strengthen the microfinance capabilities of CRS and partner staff and developed CRS’ Savings and Internal Lending Communities (SILC) program, including the innovative fee-for-service Private Service Provider (PSP) delivery model.
