M&E Short Cuts
CRS and the American Red Cross collaborated on a set of M&E training and capacity-building materials for field staff, covering topics in project and program design, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The ultimate aim was to improve the ability to evaluate impacts of Food for Peace/Title II programs. These "short cuts" are briefing-note versions of the training modules, with an even more pronounced hands-on orientation.
Individual titles:
- Capacity-Building Guidance
- Monitoring and Evaluation Planning
- Using Indicator Performance Tracking Tables
- Hiring M&E Staff
- Preparing for an Evaluation
- Managing and Implementing an Evaluation
- Communicating and Reporting on an Evaluation
- Writing Human Interest Stories
- M&E and Ethics
