Ethics in HIV-Related Research within CRS

HIV programming inevitably works with vulnerable populations. It is crucial that operations research associated with that programming be conducted according to basic ethics standards. The document provides guidance for CRS staff on ethics requirements for all HIV-related operations research, as well as for health-related interventions outside of HIV.
