Understanding Rwandan OVC Volunteers in a Faith-Based Setting
Catholic Relief Services (CRS)-Rwanda has been relying on volunteers to reach orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in their communities. To improve the quality of services provided to OVC, CRS conducted a study to better understand the profile of the most committed and effective volunteers, the motivation of all volunteers, the importance of incentives, and the relationship of volunteers to the church.
