Project ABC: The Impact of CRS' Adult Education and ABC Program on Education, Agriculture and Migration

This report provides the results of an evaluation of both CRS’ adult education program and a mobile phone-based adult education pilot program (Project Alphabetisation de Base par Cellulaire, or Project ABC) in Niger. Project ABC was implemented by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as part of its Multi-Year Assistance Program (MYAP), in collaboration with Tufts and Oxford Universities.
